An effective way to stay motivated and develop a solid training plan is to have a coach. A coach not only holds you accountable for your workouts but is also there to support you in your goals. A coach can tell you when you need to push it, go easy and when to take time off. Tri-Now recognizes that each athlete is an individual with unique needs.

Individual Coaching
All tri-now athletes will have an initial consultation with Coach Frank to establish training goals, determine limiters and balance “life” within their training.tri-now - $125/mo. + $50 set-up fee
- Training prescription built on athletes unique metrics
- Online account with Training Peaks (www.trainingpeaks.com) for weekly coach/athlete communication
- Tri-Now performance shirt
- Access to all Team Tri Now group workouts
- 3 to 6 month commitment required dependant on event
Set-up fee, first & last month payment due at initial consultation
tri-now ultimate - $250/mo. + $50 set-up fee
- Training prescription built on athletes unique metrics
- Online account with Training Peaks (www.trainingpeaks.com) for weekly coach athlete communication
- Plan for selected “A” race and “B” race creating a training macro cycle
- 2 private sessions per month
- Tri-Now performance shirt
- Access to all Team Tri-Now group workouts
- 6 month commitment required

Featured Training Programs
Half Marathon Training Program $225
This program is for beginner’s and fitness enthusiasts alike seeking a supportive and holistic introduction to structured training. Participants receive individual attention through group/individual workouts and clinics. This training program is in preparation for the White Rock Half Marathon on Sunday December 5th, 2010. No run experience is necessary. Open to ages 18yrs. and older
Program Dates: August 18th to December 5th, 2010
Program includes:
- Monthly training prescription outlining daily run
workouts
- Coached workouts divided by pace groups
- Fully supported workouts-hydration and electrolyte
replenishment from Hammer Heed and filtered water
- **Track Workouts 5:30am Tuesdays - location TBD
- **Group long runs 6:30am Sundays-Norbuck Park in Dallas
(SE corner of NW Hwy & Buckner Rd)

Summer Open Water Swim Series $125
The Summer Open Water Swim Series consists of 15 coached and supported group swims. Note: Open Water Swim Series is included in Team Tri-Now membership. All swims on Sundays at 7:30am - Cottonwood Creek Marina on Lewisville Lake, 900 Lobo Ln. - Little Elm, TX 75068
Note: Open water swim time has changed to 7:30am

Physiological Evaluations
Proper training intensity is one of the most common questions a coach is asked. What is too hard? What is too easy? A "one size fits all" answer does not apply to these questions. Each individual has unique physiological responses.
- Field Testing - $50 per test
- Metabolic Testing - $ price varies
- Lactate Testing - $100 per discipline (non Tri-Now clients)
Each Month we offer lactate testing at a group rate of $75 per test. See dates below:
